  Terrible service. Not the first time, but definitely the last. Took a puncture to be repaired, but the guy insisted that it HAD to be replaced as there was slight scuffing on the sidewall, which was "a safety issue" - even though the scuffing was not even enough to remove the branding and size markings from the tyre. Eventually reluctantly agreed to get the tyre replaced, and was presented with a bill 50% higher than the advertised price for the tyre! Told them to stick it - took the tyre 1/2 mile down the road and got the puncture fixed for £15 and not a hint that there was a safety issue. Expect to be upsold for work that does NOT need to be done and overcharged for the privilege. If you take your car for tyres, they will do a 'free safety check', where they WILL find work to do, regardless whether it is actually necessary, and be prepared for a guilt trip if you decline to have it done. Avoid!

  Drove in with an exhaust problem...friendly staff...car checked, part ordered and fitted in less than 2 hours...good price. Can't ask for more than that.
