  A good service though very expensive!! I first got in touch with someone by email, I was replied to very quickly and very efficient in what I needed to do and I could call him or my local store if I needed anything....Excellent 5 Star Service. I went in to talk to someone about my sisters gas fire, it was turned on with a remote control supplied with batteries. I talked to one of the engineers who said to change it to electric would be simple and they estimated £350.00 for the complete job. I showed them a picture of the fire and the wall above where the wall and picture above had burnt, the engineer said it was a simple job and said I could buy the transformer off them at a reduced rate. They also said it was one of the worst gas fires for eating batteries!! Too keep the cost down I fitted a fused switch spur in the wall next to a socket and ran the cable under floor and up the wall to the fire 2mtrs away, then before I opened the glass door I read all instructions about the fire and the gas had to be turned off. Burning Desires Technician said a registered gas technician would have to go out and so an appointment was made. Burning Desires Technician estimated £80-100 to open the gas fire door, feed the provided cable through and connect the transformer. I believe they were there for approximately 2 hours ! The actual cost the gas engineer charged was £180.00 For what the burning desires technician said was A SIMPLE JOB !! Sorry no pictures my other phone broke. And sorry I won't reveal the technians name. I have mentioned the story to some of my customers, I think their stories met mine !!
